My Journey to God

Summer Days

A gentle breeze calls to me
To come and let the chores be.
Now is the time to be carefree,
Running through the mossy grass,
Letting the wind blow through my hair.

Taking time from a busy life,
To let the sun’s rays shine on my face,
Running barefoot through the grass,
As I relive my childhood days
I remember the simple life long past.
