The Archdiocese of Indianapolis is seeking a relationship-driven Catholic leader to grow major and planned gift efforts. This role focuses on building meaningful donor partnerships, inspiring transformational philanthropy, strengthening long-term stewardship of our mission, and leading a team of committed fundraisers who are passionate about the mission of the Church.

The ideal candidate brings experience in team management, major gifts and planned gifts, a passion for mission-centered fundraising, and the ability to engage donors with authenticity and care.
