Little Flower Parish, a thriving and welcoming community of 600+ households on the Eastside of Indianapolis, is searching for a passionate and talented Director of Music Ministry to inspire and lead our well-established liturgical music program.  This part-time role (approximately 25 hours per week) offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact through music and ministry.​

What You’ll Do: ​ As our Director of Music Ministry, you’ll be at the heart of our worship experience, bringing joy and inspiration to our parishioners through music. ​ Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading music for two weekend Masses. ​
• Recruiting, mentoring, and supervising a team of dedicated volunteer musicians. ​
• Directing our adult choir. ​
• Training cantors to lead our congregation in song. ​
• Collaborating on liturgical music for school celebrations, nurturing the faith of our young parishioners. ​

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a dynamic individual who is:

• A person of deep faith with a vision for how music can enrich our parish community. ​
• Skilled in working with volunteers of all ages and abilities, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. ​
• Organized, creative, and eager to incorporate diverse musical styles that resonate with our parishioners. ​
• Proficient in keyboard, choral performance, and choral direction, with a strong knowledge of Roman Catholic liturgy. ​
• Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in music or equivalent experience. ​
