Athletic Site Manager

Little Flower Catholic School is seeking a part-time (hours will vary from week to week) Athletic Site Manager to coordinate CYO athletic/enrichment events that take place at our facility.  This is an onsite role that will include evenings and weekends.  This position will begin July 1, 2026.

The Athletic Site Manager provides oversight and support to the Athletic Association to allow parishioners and students of Little Flower the opportunity to use the athletic facilities for CYO Athletics and other various purposes. The Athletic Site Manager ensures proper scheduling and supervision of athletic facilities, and is responsible for ensuring that Archdiocesan, CYO, and Little Flower policies and procedures are followed in the use of the athletic facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all practices, games, and other events to be held at Little Flower athletic facilities on the Little Flower School calendar.
  • Ensuring the facility is set up for all practices and games.
  • Being the on-site responsible party for CYO athletic/enrichment contests held at Little Flower.
  • Along with the on-site responsible party, ensuring that all athletes, coaches, guests, and spectators adhere to the Little Flower, Archdiocesan, and CYO Codes of Conduct.
  • Addressing emergency situations as they arise.
  • Communicating maintenance issues as they arise.
  • Ensuring all cash is deposited at each day’s end.

  • General knowledge of organized youth sports
  • Strong organization and planning skills and attention to detail
  • Effective leadership skills and decision-making abilities
  • Appropriate problem-solving skills
  • Ability to delegate and manage multiple volunteers in an effective manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Education, Training, and/or Experience

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience that allows the employee to perform the required work
  • Ability to work with computer applications and scheduling software
  • Must be able to understand and to comply with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct
  • Must be able to successfully complete the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Child Safety Training
  • Background screening required
