St. Alphonsus Liguori Parish in Zionsville is seeking a detail‑oriented, mission‑driven Parish Finance Manager to join our team. This key role supports the life of our parish by overseeing bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and the daily financial operations that help our ministries thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate parish financial records and reports
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with diocesan policies and internal controls
  • Support the Pastor, Leadership Team, and Finance Council with clear, timely financial information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with ten plus years of accounting and bookkeeping experience (nonprofit/parish experience a plus)
  • CPA licensed professional preferred with ten plus years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with Sage Intacct Accounting Software a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and integrity
