Welcome to the 2021 open enrollment page

This section will provide you with everything you need to successfully complete the 2021 open enrollment process.

The open enrollment portal will be open online from November 2, 2020 through November 16, 2020.  All benefit eligible individuals (with the exception of priests) will need to go through open enrollment.  This means you will need to take action beginning November 2nd. If you're waiving, "keeping what you have", just went through enrollment as a new hire, wanting to keep your same elections for next year, etc. - you need to go through this process.  The only individuals that will not have to go through this process are priests or individuals that are not eligible for health insurance.

Prior to starting your enrollment:

  1. Read the 2021 BENEFITS SUMMARY.
  2. Print off the 2021 OPEN ENROLLMENT GUIDE. This guide has step by step instructions and pictures to get you through the open enrollment process.
  3. Ensure you can access your Paylocity account. Never registered with Paylocity?  Click here. Please contact your location manager to assist you.

All insurance documents for each plan including the summary plan descriptions will be found within the open enrollment portal.

As a reminder, the elections you choose during open enrollment must remain in effect until December 31, 2021 unless you've had an eligible qualifying event as described here.

If you've had an eligible qualifying event, you must notify the Human Resources department within 30 days of the effective date of the qualifying event. If you notify Human Resources more than 30 days after the effective date, your request to enroll/drop/change your insurance will be denied.  Notification must be made in Web Benefits by performing a life event request.
