Our Lady of Fatima Retreat House is seeking to fill the following position:

 

Volunteer Coordinator

Our Lady of Fatima Retreat House is seeking a part time Volunteer Coordinator to work with the Director in building and maintaining strong relationships with each volunteer and to support them and work with them in their ability and desire to assist Fatima staff.  Duties will include coordinating volunteer hours with house needs on Sign-Up Genius, recruiting, on-boarding and training new volunteers, conducting on-going training for volunteers, maintaining current volunteer database, working with the leadership of the Volunteer League to coordinate all volunteer events, and offer spiritual enrichment opportunities for the volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator can expect to work 10-15 hours per week.

Applicants must have excellent relational skills with people of all ages, excellent organizational and communication skills, great attention to detail, very good computer skills, the ability to work a flexible schedule and a heart for ministry and the mission of Fatima Retreat House.
