The Tobit Marriage Preparation Weekend was designed and started in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. Since then over 8,000 couples have participated in the program in Indianapolis, and today, weekends continue to be booked many months in advance.

Silent Self-Guided Days of Reflection

These days offer participants the opportunity to come away to Fatima in a relaxed, calm and quiet atmosphere-an opportunity to 'unplug' from the outside world. Step away from electronics, phones, computers and such and focus your attention on your relationship with God. Prayer, silence, and your focus on listening is at the heart of these days.

Silent Directed Retreats

Find your path to deepen your personal relationship with God in this 3 to 8 Day Retreat guided by the Holy Spirit. Discover how God is working in your life through silent prayer, reflection, discernment, and time with a Spiritual Director

The primary purpose of a silent directed retreat is to foster an atmosphere inwhichretreatantsmay be led to a personal encounter with God. In meeting with a spiritual director once a day and through the use of scripture and their own story, retreatants are offered the opportunity to deepen their relationship with God and grow in an awareness of the Holy Spirit working in their life.

Choose anywhere from a 3 day to an 8 day retreat.  Registration fee includes accommodations, all meals, snacks, beverages, use of all the common areas of the house, celebration of Mass each day, and a daily meeting with a spiritual director.

Healing The Wounds of Trauma

A women’s retreat to work towards healing from sexual abuse 

Saturday, August 24 - 25

9 am - 4 pm | 2 day program, no overnight


This 2 day retreat is designed to help you discover a personal path of healing in a small group setting (max. 15). This program is led by Carla Hill, L.C.S.W, Victims Assistance Coordinator for The Archdioceses of Indianapolis and Christine Turo-Shields, L.C.S.W., L.C.A.C., EMDR certified trauma therapist.

Being and Belonging

A retreat for separated and divorced Catholics

AT OUR LADY OF FATIMA RETREAT HOUSE

Come to Fatima and be at peace in the knowledge of God’s love for you. This retreat offers a safe place to wrestle with your feelings about divorce and find ways to heal and grow. Discover anew that God is with you in your struggles and in your hope. Listen to the stories of those who have walked the path of divorce and healing before you. Share your own experiences when you are ready, and experience sincere compassion.

 

Retreat will be led by a team of men and women who have experienced divorce and are actively involved in divorce ministry will share how they found hope and healing after their marriages ended. The team will be accompanied by Fr. Jim Farrell. In addition to being afrequent retreat presenter for more than 30 years at Our Lady of Fatima Retreat House and serving as Director of Mission Advancement. Fr. Jim is also pastor of St. Pius X Parish and presents parish missions across the Archdiocese and for other parishes in the midwest. He served for over 15 years as chaplain to Separated, Divorced and Remarried Catholics (SDRC).
