YOU ARE A MANDATORY REPORTER.  Indiana is a mandatory reporting state; anyone who suspects a child has been neglected or abused in any way must by state law make a report: https://iga.in.gov/laws/current/ic/titles/31#31-33-5-1.

How To Report Child Abuse:
 

Call Indiana’s Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline at 800-800-5556. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can report anonymously, ensuring confidentiality while safeguarding the well-being of children in our community.

Contact your local law enforcement agency.

Nationwide Service to Report Sexual Misconduct Involving U.S. Bishops Launched

As part of a continuing effort to strengthen its commitment to protecting minors and vulnerable adults, Catholic dioceses in the United States have established a third-party reporting system to receive allegations of sexual abuse, sexual misconduct and cover-up of abuse by bishops.
People can call a toll-free hotline at (800)276-1562 to submit a complaint or make a report on-line at ReportBishopAbuse.org.
