Holy Family Transitional Housing, located in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis, provides transitional housing to families coming out of an emergency shelter. Families can participate in the transitional housing program for up to two years, during which time critical issues that lead to poverty and homelessness are addressed. This program and social services help families break the cycle of homelessnesss, providing the stability necessary to be successful in school, work and life. The facility has nine units with seven two-bedroom apartments, one three-bedroom unit and one four-bedroom unit. In order to help residents save as much money as possible for their future, the rent is significantly subsidized through donations and grants.

We would like to especially thank The Glick Fund, a fund of Central Indiana Community Foundation and the Realtor® Foundation for their generous support of Holy Family Transitional Housing.
