Provider: The Couple to Couple League

Method: Sympto-Thermal

Taught by: Volunteer Teaching Couple

Online Instruction: Yes, self-paced video or live with a teaching couple

English & Spanish: Yes

More: Includes access to "Cycle-Pro-Go" app, "Family Foundations" magazine, and consultation for irregular situations, postpartum and perimenopause. Classes include Theology of the Body catechesis, and information about Breastfeeding and Lactational Amenorreah postpartum. There are some local CCL teaching couples in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.


Provider: CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare System (CrMS)

Method: Mucus Only

Taught by: Healthcare professional

Online Instruction: Yes, some practitioners offer telehealth / live virtual instruction

English & Spanish: Yes

More: Includes referrals to treatment using NaProTECHNOLOGY for various fertility situations. There are many local Creighton practitioners in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, and several NaPro doctors.


Provider: Whole Mission / Marquette

Method: Sympto-Hormonal

Online Instruction: Yes, live group or individual classes

English & Spanish: Yes

More: Includes online charting tools, one year of follow-up consultations as needed, and consultation for irregular situations, postpartum and perimenopause. Classes include Theology of the Body catechesis, and information about Breastfeeding and Lactational Amenorreah postpartum. Whole Mission is a national online provider of Marquette method instruction, but there are also one or two Marquette method instructors in the Louisville Kentucky and Evansville Indiana area who serve clients in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
