Vision

Project Hope is founded on the tenderness of Christ. The bruised reed is the one weighed down by suffering. The smoldering wick is one who feels as if they are barely hanging on, who may be struggling to survive their day to day routine. Jesus Christ does not come to reject or throw aside those who are suffering. He comes to relieve our burdens and give us rest. He comes to strenthen and togive hope. " I come that you may have life and life abundantly." (John 10:10) Christ wants us not to just survive, but to thrive!

Mission

To create a safe and confidential environment for those who struggle with mental health conditions to encounter Jeuss Christ through community, support, and scripture.

What is project hope

Project Hope is part of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Mental Health Ministry. It is a faith- based mental health support group where you can come encounter Jesus through community, support, and scripture. You will have the opportunity to share your own experiences and process challenges through the lens of Scripture and Catholic teaching. A group will consist of 8-10 adults inculding a facilitator who is a mental health professional. Project Hope will meet weekly for 6 weeks and each meeting will include: a time for checking in and sharing, prayer, reflecting on scripture, and fellowship.
