General Announcements

Two memorial Masses with music by schola cantorum Vox Sacra set for November

The archdiocese’s schola cantorum Vox Sacra will sing at two Masses with the Requiem of Maurice Duruflé in November.

The first will take place at Marian University’s Bishop Chartrand Memorial Chapel, 3200 Cold Spring Rd., in Indianapolis, at 2 p.m. on Nov. 6. Even though the liturgy will celebrate a Mass for the Dead rather than the Mass of the day, attending any Mass on a Sunday fulfills your obligation.

The second will take place at St. Malachy Church, 9833 E. County Road 750 N., in Brownsburg, at 7 p.m. on Nov. 18 and will include a full orchestra.

There is no charge for either event.
