Who can go on the Archdiocesan Senior Retreat?
The Archdiocesan Senior Retreat is for any senior in high school. Our target groups are those who are home-schooled or attend public school as they may not have the opportunity to attend a parochial school-sponsored retreat; however, the retreat is open to any interested senior.
What is the Archdiocesan Senior Retreat?
The Archdiocesan Senior Retreat is a four-day retreat during which high school seniors from around the Archdiocese gather together for prayer, fellowship, and fun to cap off their senior year of high school and prepare them to enter into their young adult life as followers of Christ. During the retreat, youth will get to hear engaging witnesses from adults and college students alike as well as participate in various activities. Youth will also have an opportunity to meet and get to know other seniors from around central and southern Indiana.
When is this year's Senior Retreat?
Senior Retreat this year starts on the afternoon of Friday, February 17, 2012 and runs through Monday, February 20, 2012. That Monday is President's Day so hopefully no school will be missed as a result of participating in this worth-while retreat.
Check-in will be at 6:00 PM EST on Friday, February 17. Dinner will not be served on Friday, so please eat before you arrive. The retreat will end on Monday, February 20 at 3:30 PM EST.
Where is Senior Retreat being held?
Senior Retreat is being held at CYO Camp at Camp Rancho Framasa in Nashville, IN.
The street address is:
Camp Rancho Framasa

Nashville, IN 47448
Why should I go on Senior Retreat?
Senior Retreat is a great opportunity to grow in your faith with God and in friendship with other high school seniors before you head off to college and into young adulthood. Below are some thoughts from past Senior Retreatants about why you should attend and what Senior Retreat meant to them.
"I cannot possibly explain to you how wonderful Senior Retreat really is! God used to be someone I only talked to when I needed something. But the retreat helped me realize that I need God all the time. He will be there for me no matter what – and that is really something special. Although my senior year was not the ideal situation, this retreat reminded me that God shows His love through others. My parents truly displayed God’s love for me because of the sacrifices they made for me."
-Heather Chapman, Class of 2009
"I attended the Archdiocesan Senior Christian Awakening Retreat. This retreat honestly CHANGED my life.
I learned with the help of God that I do not need to fill every second of my day. If I have a free moment, then I need to enjoy it. You might learn this too, and you will also become a lot closer to God in the process."
-Emily Gillman, Class of 2009
These are just a couple of the many high school seniors that have participated in the Archdiocesan Senior Retreat and have great things to say about it. Don't take our word for it though, come see for yourself and spend a few days growing in your relationship with Christ and your friends.

Q. What if the participant needs medication?
A. All medication (prescription and non-prescription) should be in the original container clearly labeled and turned in at registration for security reasons. The retreat staff does not stock over the counter medications.
Q. What if the participant has special physical, emotional or dietary needs?
A. Please indicate on the registration form and contact our office PRIOR to the retreat.
Q. What if the participant is going to be late?
