Daily Activities:
- Monday
- Mass at SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral before departing for Morgantown, WV with rest and lunch stops. Arrival at hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.
- Tuesday
- The day starts with Mass and breakfast followed by departure for Washington, DC. We will stop in route for lunch.
- Wednesday
- This morning after breakfast we will depart for the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception for Mass with Father John Beitans. Following Mass will be a tour of the shrine with time for lunch and shopping. We will travel a short distance to the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center for a visit. Tonight our evening meal will be at the famous Gadsby’s Tavern, a place visited by Thomas Jefferson and George Washington.
- Thursday
- Following breakfast we will travel to Arlington National Cemetery for a visit to a Tomb of the Unknowns. Following time at Arlington we will proceed to the Cathedral of St. Matthew for Mass. After lunch we will be joined by a Washington, DC tour guide for an afternoon of sightseeing.
- Friday
- Mass will start the day followed by breakfast and check-out before we begin our trip home.
