Chicago native and veteran prognosticator picks Bears (and the Colts?) to win Super Bowl XLI
Sister Jean Kenny prides herself on picking with her head and not her heart. But the Sister of Providence who has picked 17 of the last 21 Super Bowls correctly and has gained national attention from USA Today, CNN, Superstation WGN Chicago and others for her accuracy might have let a little of her heartfelt feelings intrude this time.
Sister Jean writes a poem to declare the winner for each Super Bowl. Her official prediction is that the Chicago Bears will prevail, 30-27. She is a native of Chicago and still ministers there as a substitute teacher and volunteer.
But many members of her Congregation at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods are avid Indianapolis Colts fans. So, this year, given special circumstances, she also has written a poem for her Colts friends and fans, which gives them the nod to become Super Bowl champions.

Chicago Stampedes Indy in Miami
Welcome football fans to the Sunshine State,
Watch Lovie Smith’s mauling BEARS dominate.
Tony Dungy’s Colts seal their bridesmaid fate,
Bleeding Blue at XLI is their doomsday fate.
Devin Hester is special with his razzle-dazzle run,
Robbie and his Gould to kick for Super Bowl fun.
Rex is consistent with his rocket arm gun,
Benson and Jones pound the pigskin and run run run.
Urlacher is the heart and soul of this TEAM,
Brian’s Long is boisterous: One Game. One Dream.
These Monsters of the Midway prove they are supreme,
That’s why Manning’s Colts have a second place scheme.
I predict the Bears will win XLI 30-27.
